Our Ship Design & Research Institute is comprises an outstanding team of professional vessel designers. They ensure that all our new vessels have designs that comply with statutory and classification requirements. Our designers also pay great attention to craftsmansip and construction schemes to ensure efficient building plans.
Vessel surveyors in our Ship Quality Control Department are exclusively responsible for the quality control of new vessels during construction. They strive to ensure all products are of excellent quality.

Our shipyard is furnished with advanced computerised lofting systems which connect to serial equipments, and numerically controlled cutting machines.

Ship Parts Construction And Assembly On Slipway
Our shipyard possess more than 10 modern shipbuilding workshops, dozens of indoor/ outdoor cranes that are specialized for shipbuilding and comprehensive equipments such as auto welding machines. Our team of professional welders that have been assessed and approved by the International Association of Classification Society are responsible of all welding work on new vessels.
All of our ship parts can be completed indoors within workshops before they are subject to final assembly on slipways.

Once final assembly is complete, our vessels are launched and proceed to undergo installation of mechanical equipments, power devices, piping, remote control facilities, communication/navigation/salvage appliances and outfits at the outfitting wharf.
Individual machinery workshops, piping workshops, electrical workshops and outfit workshops are situated outside our outfitting wharf to support all production needs.
Tests And Sea Trials
Tests And Sea Trials
Tests and sea trial are done under the supervision and witness of representatives from the ship owner and surveyors from the classification society.
All effectiveness testing of equipment on board and dock trial of new vessels are carried out and completed at the outfitting wharf in accordance to the classification criteria and requirements within Construction Specification.
All classification sea trials are completed in waters surrounding the shipyard.
Crew Training
Crew Training
We provide training to crew members appointed by the ship owner to help them familiarise with the operation equipments on the new vessel prior to delivery.
Delivery
Delivery
New vessels are delivered to our clients at the wharf of our shipyard.
Sailing
Sailing
The new ship owners sail the new vessel from our shipyard to the destination port.
Our vessels can now engage in multifold marine projects to demonstrate their competence.
